Fitness Classes

Fitness Classes are delivered five days a week by our expert team, and some of the best local external instructors.

From Pilates, to beginners barbell, our diverse timetable is suitable for a range of fitness levels and interests.

Classes are a great way to meet new people, while trying something new, and included in all memberships.

Non-members can book onto a class by contacting the Sports Centre.

Booking in advance is advisable to prevent disappointment as classes are popular.

Whether you are new to barbell lifting and eager to build strength with confidence or have some experience with barbell lifting, our expert instructors will guide you through exercises and techniques, helping you unlock your full potential. In this welcoming and informative class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of barbell lifting from the ground up. Boxing Fitness

Unleash your inner warrior in our Boxing Fitness class. You’ll develop strength, agility, and boxing skills while working up a sweat in a high-intensity environment.

Gym Introduction

New to the gym? Join our Gym Induction session to familiarise yourself with the equipment, safety protocols, and basic workout techniques. Gain confidence and kick-start your fitness journey.

Pilates

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance flexibility in our Pilates class. This low-impact workout focuses on controlled movements and breathing, providing a total-body workout with a focus on core strength.

Spinning

Pedal your way to fitness in our heart-pounding Spinning class. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cyclist, this indoor cycling workout will challenge your endurance, burn calories, and boost your cardiovascular fitness.

Stretch & Flex

Join us for a revitalising Stretch & Flex class designed to improve flexibility and mobility. Stretch your way to a more supple body, reduce muscle tension, and enhance your overall range of motion.

Total Tone

Shape and define your body with our Total Tone class. This full-body workout incorporates strength training and cardio exercises to help you achieve a sculpted physique and increased endurance.

Women’s Self Defence

Yoga
