Personal Programme

All members can access a free personal programme that will provide structure and direction to your training. One of our expert Fitness Instructors can design and demonstrate a training programme tailored towards your specific goals and fitness levels and give you the tools to train safely and effectively in the gym.

“Connor helped with my training and prep for my first powerlifting competition from January – July. In this he worked with me to create a programme to build strength in preparation. Alongside this I attended the Barbell club that was ran at the sports centre twice a week, this was incredibly beneficial for my training as it provided me with more equipment and more specialised training and support with the trainers, as well as a supportive environment with others who also attended.

Connor being my coach meant that I was able to send videos of my training/show him in person and receive real time feedback and support on how and what to improve.
